"Electronic" Registration Form
For the Regional Fair
You can use Adobe Acrobat Reader ® version
3.x to fill out this form and then print it on your printer. Unfortunately,
unless you have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Exchange ®, you
will not be able to save the file and send it electronically. However,
if you do have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Exchange ®,
you can fill out this form, save the file to your hard drive, and send
an e-mail with the file as an attachment to Tim
Arnold. Adobe
Acrobat Reader is Free, Exchange is not. You can get a copy of the Reader
by following this link to ADOBE and

You will be able to edit this form on-line and print it. However, you will
not be able to save your edits. Adobe Acrobat is required to read many
Federal Forms. You may already have a copy of
it on your school computer. If unsure, please check with your computer
