The study was published in the journal Food Chemistry.
Egg yolks
Not only do they look like sunshine, but turns out they also have similar properties. Egg whites contain most of the protein part of the eggs, while the yolk contains the vitamins and the minerals. Including egg in your diet is a good idea to make up for any vitamin D deficiency that you may be facing.
Mushrooms
