Learn about the world of fermentation at the Kemper Museum of Art and Cafe Sebastienne (4420 Warwick Boulevard). First, at 6 p.m. a panel discussion with writer/activist Sandor Katz, artist and fermentation experimentalist S.E. Nash, and Café Sebastienne executive chef Rick Mullins dives into the topic, then, at 7 p.m. a multi-course dinner follows. The panel discussion is free to attend, and the dinner is $65 a person, which does include gratuity and tax, though not beverages, which are available for purchase on-site. For more information, visit the Kemper’s website.
